For both lunch and dinner you can enjoy 3 choice menus every day including a variety of dishes, including national specialties and Marche flavours, one of which is always based on fish, with first choice products, they are carefully selected by the Owners and by the Chef himself. 

For lunch and dinner we offer both meat and fish menus every day; for maximum convenience and freedom, a lunch box is available (on request), to enjoy our dishes wherever you want. Buffets always present at breakfast but also at lunch and dinner with sumptuous vegetable and salad buffets.

In the comfortable air-conditioned restaurant room, with a splendid view of the seafront, to start your day well, a breakfast awaits you with a rich assorted sweet and savory buffet, and a wide variety of homemade desserts, and quality products. 

We prepare homemade cakes, tarts and desserts, to be accompanied with many types of milk (lactose-free, almond), as well as very fresh yoghurt, fruit juices, many types of jams, tasty and very natural honeycomb. For lovers of savory breakfasts we offer various cured meats, cold cuts and cheeses. The breakfast at Hotel Soraya pays particular attention to the dietary needs of celiacs.

In the name of local tradition with the rich Sunday menu with starter, two first courses, two second courses, side dishes, cremini, the famous Ascolana olives, the most important traditional dish of Picena and Marche cuisine, appreciated and known throughout the world, with dessert and final toast. 

Particular attention goes to our little guests for whom the hotel provides an equipped kitchenette where mothers can prepare baby food independently, and we also prepare vegetable broth if necessary. 

We offer fried fish twice a week, from the freshest catch of our local navy, on Thursdays mussel appetizers, and dessert with sparkling wine at the end. 

Sunday at the Soraya Hotel is a spectacle: typical Marche lunch, with home-made cuisine and typical regional dishes (appetizers, cannelloni, timbale, 2 samples of Campofilone pasta, roast veal, homemade dessert, sparkling wines). 

For our beloved younger guests, lots of attention also at the table, with the Children’s Menu with pasta with tomato sauce or ragù or butter and parmesan cheese, cutlets or chicken breast or meatballs. 

We maintain very high standards with the use of first choice ingredients, strictly EVO oil.
